WHAT IS CYSTIC FIBROSIS?
Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic, life-threatening disease that affects multiple organs, primarily the lungs and digestive system, leading to severe health complications. These complications often result in multiple hospitalizations and procedures for patients throughout their lifetime. Medication and airway clearance treatments are part of the daily routine for most living with CF, aiming to improve breathing, digestion, and prevent infections. Throughout the years, there have been many medical advances, such as CFTR modulators, but there is currently no cure.

Wishes & Dreams for Cystic Fibrosis is a dedicated 501c3 non-profit organization comprised of CF families, caregivers and friends committed to fighting against the challenges posed by CF. We strive to raise crucial funds that contribute to essential research and support the needs of individuals living with Cystic Fibrosis, enhancing their quality of life. We've hosted various fundraising events, such as galas, sip & paint nights, walks, Phillies tailgates, and more. All proceeds raised by Wishes & Dreams is donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and then matched by local charities to double the contribution. We have raised over $1.3 million for Cystic Fibrosis research and care!

Phillies Game for Wishes & Dreams

Celebrate with W&D at a night with the Philadelphia Phillies! There will be a tailgate in Lot M-N starting at 5:00pm with food, drinks, and games. All proceeds benefit Wishes & Dreams for Cystic Fibrosis 501c3 Charity.
The Wishes & Dreams Committee is comprised of mostly family and friends of Cystic Fibrosis fighters. They dedicate countless hours to fundraising and events, working tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcomes. Wishes & Dreams would not be the success that it is without them.
